1961 Fuel Injection Corvette Convertible

I purchased this Jewel Blue '61 corvette in 1973 and have owned it for over 36 years.

Recentlly the car was given a new stainless exhaust system including round original equipment mufflers.
The underside of the car was cleaned and detailed.

The engine was removed and completely rebuilt. It remains standard bore with original solid lifters.

This car was equipped with the 315 hp fuelie motor. This is the original engine!

The solid axle has an original positraction rear end with 3:70 gear ratio.

The car came equipped with a Borg Warner 4 speed. The transmission was removed and rebuilt with new gaskets.

Transmission tail housing is correct and number matching!

Main case is also correct and number matching!

This corvette is a 2 top car as originally equipped. The soft top is white and in very good condition.

Electric windows were also original equipment on the car and they still work great!

The hardtop is in very good condition with all original stainless intact and a new white headliner.

Beautiful blue interior is in very good condition including a working wonderbar radio, heater, clock, courtesy lights, and electric windows.

This corvette sports wide whitewall Firestone tires- including the spare.

Grab bar and package tray with original insert.

Original fuel injection system includes distributor, air cleaner, shielding , and hoses.
Trunk includes black mat, liner, spare, and jack.

A professional frame-on restoration was done on this car in the early 1980's. It's Jewel Blue lacquer paint is still bright and shiny and in good condition.
